Dear Chuck,

My wife and I purchased a Forest River trailer from Destination R.V. in August 2007. The service we received was great. We exported the trailer to Canada without any problems or questions, thanks to the document package and advice from Destination R.V.

My wife and I just purchased a used pick up truck from a Chevy dealer in California to pull the trailer we purchased. Would it be possible to have this truck delivered to Destination RV? I would then come down from Calgary and pick the truck up the following Saturday. Delivery date for shipment of the truck has not yet determined. All that would be required by Destination R.V. is to receive it, park it out of the way and lock the keys in it. The shipment will be fully prepaid and delivery would be during normal business hours. If this is possible, could you please reply by email?

Once again thanks to all the staff at Destination R.V. for their help and advice. We will see you this summer when we are down that way on vacation.

I would like to write to say coming down from Calgary, it was a pleasure to have a great experiance in buying my new Bighorn 5th wheel. I thought the border crossing would be a issue, but no, we paid our GST and a inspection fee and home we went. I really thank the boys at Destination RV. Thanks

Dear Chuck,
Harold and I just want to let you know what a wonderful, rewarding experience we had at your dealership. We have had many frustrating, irritating experiences on the West coast with dealerships in Washington and Oregon. Most of them don’t seem to understand many of the newer Holiday Rambler systems and they are not 100% truthful in what they tell you. But the main reason for this letter is to let you know that Gary Conan is excellent, efficient, kind, courteous and does what he says he will do. He and Scott treated us very well and met all of our RV needs and then some. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Please let Gary and Scott know that they were appreciated and they did an excellent job of representing you. We are on our way back to California and have had a great time touring Mountana. Yes - we absolutely love it. In fact, we are getting ready to take it up to the lake near Burney for 2.5 weeks of fishing and camping. We love the extra space with the slide out and have found our "bedroom suite" to be quite cozy....now if I can just figure out a way to keep the pups from wanting to join us! There are so many features that we have discovered and Doug has added a few touches himself....a chrome battery/storage box that matches the exterior chrome work, towel bars here and there and some additional shelves in both of the front closet storage areas, giving us tons of cargo space. Mr. LeDuc, Our relationship with Destination RV began at an RV show 2 years ago, when we fell in love with our first Holiday Rambler and has continued on with complete satisfaction in your dealership to this day. We were very impressed with the way we were treated and the way your staff went out of their way to put us in our first Holiday Rambler. The whole process from start to finish was very painless. In the summer of 2005, we decided to upgrade our motorhome and since our last experience with your establishment was very satisfactory we went back to look at the many makes of motorhomes you carry. We fell in love with a used 2003 Endeavor but it was already sold and there were no other models available that year. We then decided to order a motorhome with the equipment we wanted on it. Our salesman, Gary Conan, worked with us, calling the factory with our many questions. With Garys help we decided on a floor plan, equipment, options, and colors we wanted. Our one problem with this coach would be would it arrive in a timely manner for our vacation to Virginia and could the Destination RV staff get it prepped in time? Not only did it arrive on time, but also the staff went to work immediately getting it prepped. The Finance Department was ready for us and there were no delays in processing our paperwork.
